DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We ship to the majority of countries worldwide. Please refer to MerchNOW’s shipping information section to check if your country is available.

Send us a detailed e-mail telling us about yourself, your band, or your organization and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS / EXCHANGES?
We gladly accept Returns and Exchanges, as long as it is in sellable condition. All returns/exchanges should be shipped to the following address (found in link) accompanied by your name, order number, and a brief explanation of the return/exchange within 60 days of your orders original delivery date.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
We have a few different shipping options at MerchNOW. Anything less than 13 oz. can be shipped USPS First Class. Anything over 13 oz. can be shipped USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day or UPS 2nd day. All international orders have the option of USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Once the order has shipped out from our warehouse, it can take between 2-6 weeks to arrive. Be sure to check with your local post office/customs on a regular basis (there is a chance they are holding onto it because you owe a duty or tax on the package). If you do not receive your package within 6 weeks, please contact us.
